As-Is sales are final without significant reason or responsibility. and the description of the item will state such.
If a product comes from King's Hobby ATX via shipping and is defective, broken or mistakenly shipped to an online purchase, we will do what we can to make it right. Often settling with Exchanges, or Refunds, but other sitatuations have occured.
If the product is marked AS-IS in the description, we are not going to refund the product.
Most of the products we are selling here on the website are sealed from factory conditions, and shipped with sometimes over-zealous protective packaging.
However, in-store purchases will be taken case-by-case, according to the product type, and condition it was returned in.
